Had a Real Costanza Moment at Strand

But I swear I bought the book first! See look it's hot the little bookmark up there!!

P.S. One of the last things I did before the pandemic broke out--stretching "last things" to mean "around a month before"--was go to Coogan's after working the Millrose Games.

I do remember Elle Purrier bringing the Wanamaker Mile trophy into the bar, although, no word on if she or any other pros enjoyed any cold ones out of it (I wasn't about to peer over to where the pros were hanging out--gotta keep the stagehands separate from the stars).

Also bought this one, because I was a big The Hush Sound fan in high school and college (and then a Gold Motel fan, and then a Springtime Carnivore fan).

Didn't Give a Full Ocular Pat down, and It Cost Me

Today at lunch I walked past a guy wearing a T-shirt that said:

Two things I'll always be...honest and in some Nikes

But by the time I had read the shirt, it was too late to look all the way down to tell if he was a liar.
